How can international transactions be made

How does hodegos realistically make it happen that a band who is on one continent gets booked by a venue which is situated on another?

It is easy to imagine that an international transaction is more likely to happen when the number of users is large and when the users are spread all over the world.

In the start phase, hodegos concentrates all activities on arrangements which have a high probability to be successful. The proprietors and operators of hodegos have for a long time worked actively and successfully with traditional means and built a large network with thousands of active contacts in all directions: artists, intermediaries, venues. When speaking to a particular one about the advantages of the market place, the thought is already about a matching other who might end up making a deal.

In some case, participants might just have to advance some trust and wait patiently. What's to be lost if someone poses an offer on the market place and just waits for a while?
